A Festive Barbie Christmas

We had the honour of hosting a two-day Barbie Christmas event in Amsterdam for influencers from all across Europe. From developing the concept of celebrating Christmas with Barbie to designing every intricate detail to make the event truly immersive, we were there from the very beginning to bring the magic to life.

We ensured our guests had a comfortable stay in the heart of Amsterdam and seamless transport throughout the city and to/from the airport with fully themed vans. Each hotel room was thoughtfully curated to reflect the Barbie style, featuring custom-embroidered Barbie/Ken pillowcases, filled goodie bags, and a packed agenda full of festive activities.

The first day was all about the new line of Barbie Holiday Dolls. To celebrate the launch, we hosted a cosy Barbie PJ Party, surrounded by Christmas decorations, where we invited our guests to come in their Barbie PJs and slippers. The night was filled with laughter, live music, delicious food, drinks, and of course, the reveal of the new dolls! 

Day two immersed guests in the enchanting world of Barbie: The Dream Experience. Our guests were granted exclusive access and had the whole morning to capture everything beautifully. As evening activity, we organised a Barbie branded boat tour through the Amsterdam Light Festival, offering a unique, authentic Amsterdam experience. The evening concluded with a festive Christmas dinner and party in the backyard of the DreamHouse, complete with DJ, a 360 photobooth spinner, and a live illustrator capturing the creativity and style of each guest’s outfit. 

A truly magical experience, leaving behind laughter, memories, and friendships to last a lifetime.
