The Borderlands franchise is known for its over-the-top action, endless weapons and unforgettable characters. With the release of Borderlands 4, 2K wanted to bring that same energy to life in the Benelux through a campaign that felt as bold and chaotic as the game itself.
Day One MPM partnered with 2K to design and execute a full-scale influencer campaign that pushed creative boundaries. From a high-profile cosplay video production in Germany to a bespoke painting of the iconic Psycho character, we ensured Borderlands’ unique identity was front and center.
To capture the essence of Borderlands’ co-op mayhem, we activated leading creators across the Benelux for live streams, driving excitement and community engagement around launch. We also integrated lifestyle elements, ranging from culinary content inspired by the official Borderlands cookbook to a one-of-a-kind Borderlands 4 cake, showcasing the brand in surprising and authentic ways.
By blending creativity with targeted influencer activations, Day One MPM helped Borderlands 4 break free from convention and generate strong buzz across the region, setting the stage for one of 2K’s most anticipated game launches.
