Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4
Infinity Ward’s popular Modern Warfare franchise returns with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. This time, Ghost finds himself caught in the middle of a conflict between North and South Korea.
Day One handled PR across the Benelux, maximising coverage through targeted media outreach and serving influencers and streamers. We also collaborated with a small selection of mainstream outlets on advertorials and giveaways, alongside partnerships with radio stations to reach an even broader audience. Day One also supported at Gamescom, by setting up an interview with Infinity Ward for one of our key media in the Benelux.
To bring the game closer to the community, we sent a content creator to Los Angeles for an exclusive preview of Modern Warfare 4 at Infinity Ward. We also involved media and creators in COD Next, the digital showcase, where participants streamed the event to their audiences.
By profiting from three separate release moments, Campaign Early Access, DMZ Early Access, and the full release on October 23, we built momentum and maintained visibility throughout the whole week of the launch campaign and beyond. Both the community and press have praised it to be one of the best Call of Duty games in years.
