Hot Wheels Legends Tour

For the very first time, the legendary Hot Wheels Legends Tour made its way to the Benelux, and we had the honor of bringing it to life. The mission was clear: create a thrilling experience for car enthusiasts, uncover a one-of-a-kind custom car, and showcase the Hot Wheels spirit in the Benelux region.

A journey that took us to iconic locations like Circuit TT Assen, Hart voor Auto’s Breda, and TOMS Modelcars, with a spectacular finale at Vliegveld Twenthe during Hart voor Auto’s Showtime. During the big finals, fans and participants were immersed in the full Hot Wheels experience: signing sessions with Eric Han, the brand’s Lead Designer, building stations from Mattel Brick Shop, and high-energy activations by Monster Energy.

Hundreds of entries poured in, and after weeks of voting and careful judging, the Plymouth Duster was crowned the very first Benelux champion. Its NASCAR-inspired widebody and BMW V12 engine made it the perfect contender to move on to the regional finals, with the potential to become an official Hot Wheels die-cast in the global Garage of Legends™. Meanwhile, the BMW E46 Pandem Widebody won the hearts of the fans and took home the Fan Favorite award.

More than a competition, the Hot Wheels Legends Tour became a celebration of creativity, community, and car culture. Tens of thousands of enthusiasts came together to share their passion, explore unique builds, and experience the thrill of Hot Wheels in real life. The result? A milestone event that put the Benelux on the global Hot Wheels map and created memories that will last a lifetime.
